Problem with audit on aix 5.1

few weeks ago, in our company was failling aix audit. When we type "audit query" the output was shown on screen corrupted. At the begining we tough that the problem was on some of the files (sintax). We call to ibm support center, days later ibm says us that the problem is:
Problem with AIX 5.1 using 64 bit kernel.
There are two ways to solve the problem:
1- Boot with 32 bit kernel (stupid)
2- Install a efix that IBM develop to resolve the problem
Here is shown the efix data:
--------------------------------
-name of the file is 84642_epkg.050204.epkg.Z
-bos.mp64 fileset will need to be updated to the 5.1.0.60 level before installing the efix


The efix can be downloaded using the following instructions:

# ftp testcase.software.ibm.com
Name (testcase.software.ibm.com:user): anonymous
Password: user@internet.address.xxx
ftp> cd /aix/fromibm
ftp> bin
ftp> get 84642_epkg.050204.epkg.Z
ftp> quit

You can also download it from the website
ftp://testcase.software.ibm.com/aix/fromibm

The efix can be installed as:
.
emgr -e 84642_epkg.050204.epkg.Z
.
To preview the installation:
.
emgr -e 84642_epkg.050204.epkg.Z -p
.
It can be rejected as:
.
emgr -r -L 84642_epkg
.
emgr -l will list the e-fixes installed on the system.
