Problem with ASM on BCM 400

I have a BCM 400.00 w/ Rls 3.7 ASM is is installed in Media Bay 3 On Bus DSM 32 On Bus 2 and DTM on Bus 7 The problem I am having is the the first port on the ASM allways shows busy Port 301 302-308 work fine. I connected a test mset to port 301 an I get high pitched tone, Not normal dial tone. Media Bay module staus show good and all others are working fine. Any ideas Has any on eelse experienced this issue.

Checked the dip switch settings for first set of ports on bus 3 and it maches

its been a long time but i think i can help.dsm 32 uses 2 bus addresses you set up the dip switches in this case 2 it automatically seizes the second eg 3.if you have your ASU set to 3 you have a conflict change the dips to bus 4 should work mate. hope this helps i didnt quite get the question? brobably me
