problem with apache2.0.40+Tomcat4.0.4+mod_jk

please help me...
when I start tomcat it seems to be ok (I can reach the jakarta project web page at

http://localhost:8080)

but I also have the following message on the console:

Can't find workers.properties at C:/apache/tomcat/conf/jk/workers.properties


Another issue: when I run apache.exe I have the error:

apache:module "C:/jakarta-tomcat-connectors-4.0.4-src/..../mod_jk.c" is not compatiblewith this version of apache.

I hope someone can help me.
