Problem with alignment in crystal report when exported !

I am facing some serious problems in crystal report 7.

1. When I view report it is ok. but when I export it to MS
Word2000 some lines get misaligned. The first charecter
remains in position and rest of all charecter and
remaining sentence goes to next line.

This is how it should be.

ut it comes like this in word document.

What is going wrong where? Pls help.

2. One more problem is when exporting to .txt format not
all data goes in .txt file where as in report it is very
fine what could be wrong ? Pls Help.

1. Not a great option, but after exporting to word, you can edit headers and footers by double clicking on them. You just have to do it in one spot and it carries that out through the report.

2. I've never had this problem with the .txt file. Perhaps it has something to do with the length of your report?
