Problem with Adobe Reader 5.0

Hi

I have a user at work who is having a problem with Adobe Reader 5.0
Please let me know if I should post this elsewhere!



THE PROBLEM:

Every time the user opens Adobe two error messages appear:

1. Unable to get DM install registry: SOFTWARE\SDRC\Collaboration Foundation\1.0\dmm\Root Directory

Then......

2.There was an error while loading the plugin vmeplgin.api. The plugin failed to intialize

Does anyone know what vmeplgin.api is? I'm told it has nothing to do with Adobe!

If I click ok to these errors then Adobe opens fine. Its just really annoying for this user!

THINGS I HAVE TRIED:

1. The classic reboot!
2. Removed and reinstalled Adobe.
3. Also deleted all files and folders relating to Adobe.

Thats it!

Any ideas?

I renamed the vmepgin.api and all seems to work now!
