I have recently added a new Exchange 5.5 server to the same site which now consists of three Exchange servers. We are in the process of transferring over all the mailboxes to this server and will subsequently de-commission one of the existing servers as it is causings us problems.

After adding the new server to the existing site all the mailboxes now have two additional entries in the E-mail address tab which were never their prior to adding the new server. The entries are as follows:

CCMAIL Last name, first name at domain
MS DOMAINSTA/DOMAINSTA/username

Any new mailboxes created on exchange also seem to have these entries included on their E-mail address tab.

Is their any way that I can stop this from happening please help!!

Thank you

Have you checked the Site Addressing in Exchange Admin? It may have the CCMail and MSMail addresses activated.

Hope this helps

David

yup, the new server came on with the ccmail connector installed - you'll need to uninstall it to cure that.
