We are having some weird things happening with one of our ACD queues. Here is the scenario: a call will come to the receiptionist's 2250 console, she will transfer the call to the ACD queue, the caller will hear 1 to 2 rings and the line goes dead, or the caller will hear rings until they decide to hang-up and none of the ACD phones will have rang. This happens 3 or 4 times a day.
