Problem with accessing the Citrix Management Console

Hi,

I have problem with accessing the Citrix Management Console “You don’t have permission to logon to the Citrix management console”.

I have done the following:
Installed Citrix XP MetaFrame and created a new Citrix Farm on Oracle Database.
Everything works find if I use MS Access Database, but as soon as I move the server into the Oracle DB I receive the problem.

Anyone that has an idea what can cause this problem?

I don't know what version of Citrix you have installed but you might want to look at this Citrix article.

You will need the Citrix media to grab this utility but I hope this helps.

You need to log onto the CMC with an account that is a "Citrix Administrator". These permissions are set in the CMC...
