problem with access to the Element Manager via web CS1000

CS1000 CPPM CARD 5.5 This a Signaling Server is configured as I can not access web through the page (CS 1000 Element Manager) Enter the ID and pasword. After a while I send the following web error
WEB2017:
Xmsg wait too long, time out.

Severity: Major

I restarted and I can access the card will have a span of 20 to 30 minutes after that period, sends me the same error described

We had this same issue and it was fixed with patching.
Gotta be on the latest anyway

If you still have trouble you can try downgrading your web browser as I was having some issues with IE8. IE7 seems to be fine.
