Problem with access thru web browser

We have a customer self-service site running in domino server without any problem until yesterday. We are now getting "The page cannot be displayed" message everytime we tried to access the site. On Monday, we made an upgrade with our firewall but I was still able to get into the site after we completed the upgrade. I did end and restart the domino server, checked port 80 in NETSTAT to make sure it's not being used by other server and also run the commands TELL HTTP QUIT and LO HTTP but it did not solved the problem. I have read from IBM site about running the command SHOW TASK and find the HTTP WEB SERVER with status of READY. Did this but can't find it from the list.
Can anybody help me how to troubleshoot this? Thanks for your help.
