Problem with Access 2007 hyperlink field in report

I have a hyperlink field for email addresses. Looks fine in the table and queries but in the report it is adding the extra protocol characters. Not sure what they are called. But here is an example.

baberjr@gmail.com#mailto:baberjr@gmail.com#

How do I get it to display properly.
