Problem with 9630 in VPN mode

Hi,
I have an issue with 9630 in VPN mode, this phone is connected to a Juniper SSG 20, the telephone make the Ip Sec Tunnel and i see the telephone in the Juniper, when the 9630 finish to build the tunnel the phone is searching the call server and in the screen only show me the message "Discover xxxx.xxxx.xxxx.xxxx" and this the IP of the Call server.
The configuration is valid because i make the same test with a 4610 phone with VPN firmware and the phone is actually logged in the Ip Office.

I make some test in the phone:

1. The phone 9630 i put in the two Phases "any" "any" and in this configuration was login but now only show me the message "Discover "ip Call server".
2. I put the same configuration to 4610 and the telephone is actually loged!
3. I try to be specify in the phases in the 9630 phone and i put the phases like this:
Phase 1: DH2, DES, MD5
Phase 2: DH2, AES 128, SHA-1
And the phone logged, but when i try to log another extension send me the same screen "Discover xxxx.xxxx.xxxx.xxxx".
4. The 4610 work with any configuration specify or general.

I have to do something special for log the 96xx phones in vpn mode? i have a 9611G in vpn mode and give me the same error.
