I have a remote BCM50 Rls.5 that is haing trouble with the 1230 IP phones when dialing number that terminate on menu trees. After the call is connected they can't dial additional numbers to go through the menu tree. The IP Phones are firmware 0625C6R. Remotely I can launch my 2050 SoftPhone and it works corectly but if I install an ip phone from our HQ I have the same problems they have on site. All the outgoing lines are analog with are received by the site via microwave radio.....any ideas?
