Did your telcon provider just switch from 7-digit to 10-digit dialing (ie, putting local area code first)? If so, your phone may stop dialing after the 7th digit. Here's the solution:
1. Log into Allworx System Administration
2. Select Phone System/Dial Plan/Automatic Route Selection
3. Select Modify and change the Local String to 10 digits (would then be 9+nnnnnnnnnn on some phones)
4. Reboot the system!
