Problem whit voicemail whit hunt group

Hi!

There is my problem. I have two user with one telephone each. Each user have there own voicebox. I create an hunt group for them whit a mail box two. So when user is calling the extension, its ringing on both phone and if nobody answer, the user will be fowoard to the voicemail.

My problem is: when i try to activate this voicemail whit feature 982, its telling me that i'm not allow to use this feature.

How can i fix that ? I only want to activate this voicemail and take message.

Second question, how can i be notify that we got new message in this voicemail?

1st off feature 982 is operator status usually used by the recept. phone and you open mboxs with feature 981 then your pswd.

Hard to follow your question, but as a start, Ftr 982 has to do with the AA operator settings, not an individual mbox. Plz clarify.

My phone is the extension 2274. I want to take the message from the mailbox 2626. This mailbox is for a hunt group. How can i take my message from the mailbox 2626?

Press Feature 981. Once you hit the password screen, hit * and then 2626 and the password. That will log you into mailbox 2626
