problem while uploading .vbk file

Hi all

I am trying to upload one message file but it is not taking by the callpilot.I am using callpilot player Build 2.50.06.27.I can record messages though telset.

Please check the callpilot start up info.

You did not mention your oprocess or the error you gte.

Save your recording as:
• Bit Rate - 8 KHz
• Audio sample size - 16 bit
• Channels - 1 (mono)
• Audio format - PCM

I am using the same format as you mention above.Whenever I tried to upload the converted .vbk file it is saying invalid file.

If I read right your on 1.50 software? first and buggiest software.
I would upgrade to 3.1

That's how I read it Curly 1.5.

1.5 will not accept uploaded files.

I've never had any luck with .vbk files. I tried a couple times to export then import and they didn't work. .wav's always work, so I always use them.

Yes save as .wav per specs I mentioned then convert to .vbk using Call Pilot Player.
Then upload to CP.

Also if still does not work then use a different program to save your file to .wav
Roxio player always worked for me where Windows Player did not at times.
