I have Crystal Enterprise 10, and i've published a report that uses two datasources (one in the subreport)

In the CMC I have entered the passwords to the servers against the report object, although when I do this, one of the datasources returns an error.

If I check the prompt user box, it is fine.

I have just gone on to write the exact error, and when I go in to the object the passwords are no longer there...

has anyone experienced this or similar?

You are clicking the "Update" button aren't you?

yes I am
the error is this:
"There was an error retrieving data from the server: Error in formula . '{PCMS_CHDOC_DATA.CH_DOC_TYPE} = "PDS" and ' This field name is not known. Details: errorKind. File 5203a2a73b4500.rpt. "

I have entered the password aganist the object and unchecked the prompt user for password.
When I go back and tell it to prompt the user, I can run it fine (after entering the password)
