Problem when selecting a Contact

Hello

I have a CWO installation of Outlook 2000 connecting to internet mail.

When I try to select a contact to send a email to I get two entries in the "TO" box one is the contact's email address and the other (separate) one is the contacts FAX number.

I have not got any FAX services installed how can I stop the FAX numbers from being selected?

Any help would be appreciated - Thanks "SHOW ME THE MONEY!"
