Problem when minimizing a form...

Windows 98 (SE 4.10.2222 A) / Access 2000 (9.0.3821 SR-1)

When I minimize a form (using DoCmd.Minimize) and open another form or dialog box something unusual happens. If I have another application/window open (such as Excel or file folder) Windows switches to this other window (similar to pressing ALT+TAB). I can easily switch back to Access using the Taskbar but it gets annoying after a while. Any ideas as to why this is happening and what I can do to eliminate it?
