Hi all,
i'm using Crystal Enterprise Express 10

I successfully installed it on my PC using my PC as a web-server.

When it came to installing it on an actual server, It seems to install fine, and I can access

which goes to the default.htm page.
when I then click on 'Crystal Enterprise'
the URL contains 'relativeredirect.csp'
but it displays "Page Cannot Be Displayed. There is a problem with the page you are trying to reach and it cannot be displaued.
HTTP500 - Internal Server Error"

The SI person here (who is doing the install) tells me the IIS extensions are pointing to wcsisapi.dll.

Is there anything else I should be looking at?

thanks,
Matt

I had the same problem when I installed CE on a drive other than C:\ - Have you done the same?

I reinstalled on C:\ and this overcome the problem

i'll suggest that. thanks.
it is installed on a D:\ drive on the server - as the SI person was reluctant to ue the C drive for some reason.
i'll let you know how I get on.
thanks again.

My guess would be it's a Windows 2000 box with limited space on C:. You can install on C but point the storage-intense functions to drive D if necessary.
