We have a Citrix farm w/3 Presentation Servers. When the 4th person connects via Web using RDP connection and launches the application on the Presentation Server, the configuration file for this application calls another executable which launches a Print icon in the application itself and then application hangs. This only appears to be happening with users that launch Web Citrix and then launch the RDP connection to the Presentation server. I've looked at the logs for the print button executable and it appears as if it detects existence of the button and fails.
