Problem w/ Crystal Reports and Lotus NotesSQL driver 3.0

I just installed Crystal Reports 8.0 on our PC and am trying to link up to a Lotus Notes DB. I installed a Lotus NotesSql Driver 3.0. Whenever I try to tap into the Notes Db, I get the following msg: ODBC error: [Lotus][ODBC Lotus Notes] Failed to load "NSQLV32.DLL" NotesSQL driver's DLL.

Before, I had Crystal 6.0 installed w/ a NotesSQL driver 2.0, and everything worked just fine. Any suggestions?
