I installed a siemens gigaset sl610 dect DECT R4 on IP Office but 'I have a problem
voice, the voice is distorted in transmission you have any suggestions?
You mean you have registered a Gigaset ( not Siemens anymore ) SL610PRO on a DECT R4 installation and you have poor audio on the handset?
Do you have more phones registered? If yes -> is the sound quality OK? If yes -> problem in the SL610, if no -> Problem in DECT or if you have no other phones registered then try to register a Avaya 3720/3725 and check the quality.
For a start : force the system to use only the G.711 codec with 20ms.
On Dect R4 you have no handovers between the IPBS so that might also cause the issue.
The Gigaset are GAP but not CAP and the handsets need to support CAP to have handovers.
Some Gigasets support PN-CAP but that is not the protocol Dect R4 want's they just CAP.
