Problem Viewing Reports

I have just installed BOE XI R2.

I have uploaded my first report onto the CMC gone to view it and get the following error

Account Information Not Recognized
Class not registered
Please check that the appropriate CMS name and authentication type are specified.
Re-enter your user name and password, and click Log On.
If you are unsure of your account information, contact your system administrator

Places to start looking....

1.) Have you enabled all your services/servers in the CCM (Central Configuration Manager) ...?

2.) Do you have a valid license key code in the CMC (Central Management Console)...?

3.) Are you using the "Administrator" login and "Enterprise" authentication method when logging in to the CMC...?

4.) Do you have a good connection to your new CMS (Central Management Server) database - and did it get configured correctly during set-up/install...?
