Problem viewing Reports in Apps 10.7

I am trying to view reports post submission via a concurrent request in Apps 10.7.However when I click on the report button to view , nothing comes up.Similar when I click on the request log button nothing shows up either.I have looked at the report profile and that seems to be set ok to 'User' at site level and 'Responsibility' under my user name.

Can someone help
