Problem Viewing On-Demand Subreport

We have built a report with a linked on-demand subreport that works well within the designer but in the analyser (which is what the end user will use) we get the message

Unable to view on-demand subreports

Do not have permission to retrieve the data

---------------------------------------------------------

We are using version 7.0.2.200 of Crystal Reports with MS-Access databases and have saved both the report and subreport to our own desktop as .rpt files.

Any ideas would be most welcome.
