Problem viewing Calendars

Hi all, Here's the situation:

Gary has a number of appointments in his calendar. NONE of them are marked private.

Judy, logged in on her computer/Goldmine as herself, looking at Gary's calendar, sees some, but not all of his appointments.

Jim, logged in on his computer/Goldmine as himself, looking at Gary's calendar, sees all of Gary's appointments. Just like Gary see's on his computer. Jim has master rights.

This is on GM 6.5 dBase. It was an upgrade from 4.0 data, done about a month ago. Utilities are run every morning: database maintenance, select all files, reindex & verify.

Found the answer.

While the appointment was not marked Private. The contact owner was not public (it was gary) and he had partitioning on.
