Problem view Tasks from the Change record

We are using SC5.01 with A9901, it's old, I know.

We are having a problem where we cannot view the task record from within the Change record or from the task queue. If I click on the task from the change record or the task queue, I get an error that says " There is no task record to satisfy this search criteria. No categories found."

But, if I search for that task by task number from the search screen it comes up.

If anyone can help, I would appreciate it.
