Problem usingPDF converter under Citrix

My clients system (vfp7) has been using the pdf converter from amyuni successfully for several years. However, now the client wants to run the system over citrix. All of the system works fine except for the pdf production, which doesn't work! Has anybody come across this problem or have any idea how to fix it?

(The client has testing printing from Word and Excel to the converter without any problem, so that would seem to pinpoint something in vfp - or the converter itself)

Is the converter installed on the server as well as the client?

You need to upgrade your copy of Amyuni. They released a Citrix-safe version a few versions back.

As Dan mentionned you need to use version 2.08 and above of the Amyuni driver for use on Citrix. They are up to version 3.0 now.

I use Amyuni as well. Though this doesn't relate to using Citrix, you don't happen to have any clients using Amyuni to generate emails through GroupWise instead of Outlook, do you?
