Problem Using Polycom on ATA, Help!

I cant seem to access any features using a Polycom Soundstation on an ATA. I uderstand I need to press flash * and the feature but this does not work. I specifically need to use the conference feature. This is a non Nortel Polycom. Any help would be much appreciated.

You are asking a question that someone posted a little earlier, it seems that there is an issue with using the Polycom's on the Norstar with ATA's. The other guy was having the same problem with the "flash" not working, I don't think there was a resolution to his post either you may want to check it out. Sorry.

Thanks. I think his problem was using a specific feature(Transfer I believe). I cant get ANY features working.

I just saw your post. I had the same problem you are having with a PolyCom. Check out this link,it will answer your question.
thread799-474178 was using this PolyCom off an ASM.
