Problem using OLEDB to access SQL Server via widearea network

Hi all,

We are trying to access SQL Server using OLEDB via
our widearea network from San Francisco to LA. It does not work.

Does anybody know the proper settings/parameters in OLEDB to get this to work? Thanks.

I think that you may have some firewall or VPN issues. have you check all the ports that SQL server uses, and that you can actually communicate through them from office to office?
