Problem using inet control to transfer files accross network

Anyone that can help!

I am desparate to solve this problem. I am trying to FTP some files from my local machine to a remote server. My program FTP's them accross but makes all the files 4.1k big! Obviously not ideal. I have exactly the same code as other programs that work. I am using the execute command and then putting them accross.
