Problem using a letterhead like text in a report?

Hi all:

I have a little problem which I hope you can give me a hint on what to do:

I need to create a report which needs to have the same as a letterhead would.
What I have done is to insert the top part where it should be and that worked fine.
Now I need to place some text in the bottom left of the "report template" if I could call it. And that is when the problem starts.
I have some data in some memo boxes which go side by side with this part of my template. Now if my memo field is too large and I get a page break that part of my template goes to the next page too (???).

Please send some help.

One more thing:

This part will have to be part of the report (I could not just print the data part and use a pre-printed letterhead). This report will be emailed and they want the whole thing to be shown.
