The other night we attempted to upgrade customer from 8.0.18 to 8.1.52. Yes, I have the license. Downloaded Manager from support site. Installed admin sutie including manager (did not remove 8.0.18 manager). Performed upgrade. got message all modules upgraded successfully. next morning all types of problems. System constantly resetting. Got error in monitor 'System not running SD Primary Software.' Was told by jenne tech support that the SD card did not get all it's files. Only option at that point was to format and recreate which was about a 2 hour process. Had to reformat and recreate. Is there a way to upgrade AND verify that all the files are there? has anyone else had this problem? hate to do this again and have the same problem where i have to format and recreate again.
