problem upgrading certificate server

Currently upgrading from Windows NT Server 4.0 to Windows 2000 and I'm updating the Certificate Services executable and DLL files.

The software is installed, but the CA is not able to process any new requests. I thought that version 1.0 databases were supported, could that be the problem?

Are you using dbcnvt.exe to do the conversion? Also, if the version 1.0 database has been modified, chances are your upgrade won't be supported.
