Problem upgrading ax controller

Hi guys i have an ax controller version 9.4 when i access the server manager to upgrade the system i find this error. i've already tried to deactivate the serviclelink then clear hardware-id and activate the servicelink. i can ping

from the MiVB. My DNS is ok and i have internet access. Does anyone of you guys have gotton this error somewhere?

probably need 443 and perhaps 22 open
