Hi,

I have 2 MD110 with a Q-SIG connetion, one in BC10 and other one in BC9, when a operator (MD110 BC10) tranfer a call to one extension in the other MD110 (BC9), this extension can´t transfer the call to other extension.

Why??

Sorry by my english.

Thanks

It's because the operator reservation at the b-number dont get released by a UUI3 message from pbx-a to pbx-b(operator in pbx-a) .UUI3 message not received i pbx-b.
So the internal number in pbx-b cannot trnfer the call again as it has a hanging opi-reservation that is not cleared.

Two solutions:
1)
Make sure UUI3 service is supported on the links
and program it in the var parameters in both ends.
2)
Get a patch to insert in the non operator pbx.
There is patch for this available for BC9/10 and 11.

thanks SYAR2003,

I haven´t got this patch.

Can you send me the patch for BC9, 10 and 11?

My e-mail is md110@telepolis.com

Thank you
