Problem to Route Call to CallPilot Mailbox because D Channel Message has been changed by provider 1

I have a problem to ROUTE CALL with Avaya Call Center 6.3 to a Mailbox (Connected with CS1k Release 7.50Q); I will Develop

1. Case which the system respond correctly:

When I call directly a DID Number xxxxxx4499 on my Phone system, the AACC receive the call and at the End of the Script, the call is simply routed to a Virtual Phone (4268) which is forwarded to the voicemail:
The Callpilot respond correctly with the Greetings of the Voicemailbox 4268.(This is OK)


2. Case which the system does not respond correctly:

When I call a Provider Number 09-12345678 routed to the DID number on my Phone system, the AACC receive the call and at the End of the Script, the call is simply routed to a Virtual Phone (4268) which is forwarded to the voicemail:
The Callpilot respond with the CLID 09-12345678 and does dot go to the Voicemailbox 4268.(This is not OK)

I want the CallPilot respond with the Voicemailbox 4268.Unfortunately, I receive from the provider a CLID Called 09-12345678


So I have 2 cases, the 1st is working; the 2nd is not working.
I have analyzed the 2 Cases with the D Channel Monitoring; In fact, I have more lines in the monitoring with the second case.


Case 1.Functionning with call of 03 84 90 44 99

I have try to change the Route, the ADAN DCH, the Customer Data block but without success [pc2]
If someone call help me ? Many Thanks in advance

In CP, open up mailbox 4268 and add 09-12345678 into the extension DN field, save and try your test again

The solution is OK with Adding the 10 Digits (French Numbering Plan)Number into the Extension DN 2: From the Callpilot Voicemailbox 4268.

Do you know if I can suppress the D Channel Message from the Provider ? Or this is in the frame and it's not deletable ?

Unfortunately, you cannot suppress the incoming number from the provider. You can manipulate it after it terminates into your CS1000, but that's more work and hassle than its worth and not to mention an administrative nightmare.
 
Sure, I've spend a lot of time on this problem. The CallPilot solution is very simply.

other option if you have IVR ports configured on the callpilot you could
GIVE IVR <voicemail DN> WITH TREATMENT 4268
