Problem to move Archiv-Data !!!!

Hi,

In our Company we have the Archive-Data local on the HDD-Drive ("C:\Programme\Novell&quot

Now I have to do the following

Copy the Data from the local drive to an Volume.
(e.g Home-directory)

It is a matter of 400 Users and so im looking for somthing to automate this.

i tried to solve the Problem with the utility "robocopy.exe"
and an Batch File in the Application Launcher
But in this case i have to do the following

1. Change the Path in the netware Administrator "Client options"
2. Add the User to the Application-Group
3. double click in the Application Launcher

anybody an idea
