Problem to install Arcserver 2000 1

We delete Arcserver 2000 but when we tray to install again we receive the next message:

Error 1920.Service ASDiscoverySVC(ASDiscoverySVC) failed to start.verify that you have suffeicient privileges to start system services

We are installing in a NT Server 4 with SP4

We have the same problem after upgrading from arcserve 6.5

Check if your Computer Browser Service is running. It MUST be running in order to succeed with a local install of ARCserve. You can close the browser again after the installation if you wish to

Please do the following and try strating the ASDSVC service.

Regedt32 - Hkey Local Machine - System - Current Control Set - Services - ASDiscoverySVC (Highlight it) - Double Click on IMGAE PATH on the Right Side and you
will have the PATH were Discovery service is installed - Please add a Double QUOTES before and after this path -

" C:\Program Files\ComputerAssociates\ARCserveITDS\asdscsvc.exe"
