problem to eject cartridge on sdt 7000 (sorry i am french)

I have 3 Sony SDT 7000 that 2 have problems. I don't want to eject cartridges the botton don't responding. I am to oblige to disconnect the food from the SDT then of the reconnecter so that it réinitialise.you have a solution?

What type of application are you using? Can you issue a eject command from the application?

What is the drives LEDs status?

The drive may need to be repaired/replaced, but this drive is no longer produced so it might be dificult.
