problem to connect APACHE and Tomcat

I have installed following HTTP Apache and Tomcat, but becoming unable to connect them....Any idea GURUS?

:::Versions :
1. apache-tomcat-6.0.10 (c:\tomcat)
2. apache_2.0.59-win32-x86-no_ssl.msi (c:\apache)
