Hi All,

I'm doing an installation of a CAS with a MD110 BC13.

First problem is the Call Duration, I should receive from the PBX H:MM:SS but I'm having the duration call with 4 digits and I'm not sure if is the sum of seconds or the format is H:MM:S, see below:

06061038 0002 07 0443331898276 6522 6522 00 020001003

Second problem, when I get an incoming call, I'm specting the incoming trunk ID at the position 77 and I'm not getting anything, instead I received the DDI number where I assigned the position for the outgoing trunk id.

I asked the PBX vendor if he can send me the trunk ID for incoming calls but he said that is not possible. I'm pasting more samples in case you need it.

06061038 0005 T 6507 3331100662 00 6507
06061040 0006 DI 4821 8183814870 00 6493

Thank you very much for your help!

Your call duration could either be in seconds or "numbers" (blocks) of 6 seconds, depending on the setting in the system paramters (ASPAP).
If you can make a call for e.g. 18 seconds, the call duration would be 0018 with the first setting and 0003 with the second setting.
To me it looks like you have the "6 second" setting?
If you get the DDI number presented, it is not possible (I think) also to get the trunk ID.

Thanks doktor for your quick response... I'll ask the customer to make a call for 18 secs to see if I get 0003. In case the setting in the ASPAP is by blocks it can be changed to another format like HH:MM:SS?
Thank you once again

Hi LastTig

I will check my SMDR/CDR notes in office on monday (and also the ///-docs (ALEX)). From here it is not possible to add more to the info I gave you yetserday.
///doktor

doktor, to complete your answer:

aspac 122 controls the 1/6 second resolution.

so check with ASPAP:pARNUM=122;

if it is 1, it is 1 second resolution, 6 for 6 second resolution.

trunkid should always be there, LastTig, you failed to mention what type of trunk we are talking about? (RODAP;)
and what format are you using (CLINP;)?

/Daddy
