Hi to all

how i can reset the accounts for to access o some solution?

thanks

What makes you think it's an account issue? If the accounts work in UCM and Element Manager then it's not an account issue. Try PUTTY, not familiar with TeraTerm and never heard of it.

I DOWNLOAD PUTTY AND TRY CONNECTION AND I GET THE NEXT:

DON´T LET ME TO ACCESS, I GIVE CONNECTION VIA SSH WITH MY IP ADDRESS FROM SS.

It is looking for the Linux password that it was installed with. Not your user and password that you created through UCM. Looks like you are trying to connect directly to the Signal Server, not the Call Server.
