Problem starting Visual Interdev

Windows 2000, Visual InterDev 6.0

When I try to invoke Microsoft Visual InterDev 6.0, the Visual Interdev header page appears and disappears immediately. When I right-click to open any .asp file
with development environment, I get the following message :

"Cannot find the file 'C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Desktop\test.asp' (or one
of its components).Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all required libraries
are available."(in this example I used test.asp)

I re-installed Visual Interdev without any success.

At the moment I just cannot access Visual Interdev.
It was working fine.

Any help would be most welcomed.
