Problem Starting Remote Tools on client machine

If your having problems starting remote tools on the client,
you should check the control\panel system manager icon.
Open the program where you will see a dialog box with the tabs named "General" "Sites" and "Components", click components to see if they are loaded.
If you see the Sms base components are not availible after
clicking the "update status" button then your client hasn't
been installed.
You can run it manually or advertise it from your site server.
