Problem SIP Trunk In Panasonic NCP 500

Dear Customer Care,

I have Panasonic NCP 500 on which I have added SIP Trunks Lines from Gradewall SIP Service provider & also tried to added 3-SIP Extension provided by my Private Tribox IP-PBX System, which is placed in different network.

Now, to connect Tribox Extension, I can connect directly through placing External IP and can get connected, but it gives me one way sound issue, then we created VPN Connection Between Panasonic IP PBX System - Br Office to Tribox IP PBX - HQ Office and enter the Local IP Address in SIP Trunk Link Configuration and its works perfectly without any delay and problems.


Now, after every 12 hours, I get one way sound issue again, to resolve this problem i have to restart every System at Both Offices, then it starts working fine for next 12 hours.

I dont understand, how and whom to contact, thats why i came to an Experts Forums.

Please let me know if you have any solution to sort out the problem for above issue.

When the problem is happening ping both ip address of the ncp from a pc on the network. If the ip for the dsp does not reply then you may have a ip clash. If it is replying unplug thr network from the ncp and make sure it is the ncp replying

Yes, we tried....im getting ping reply when the problem comes.
Then we have restart both end system only then it get sttart the SIP activated for next 12.

Is there any option in SIP TRUNKs, where SIP Trunk get refreshed or reactivated at certain interval of time.

It does have a register timer set to 3600. You could lower that
