I can't seem to get dark basic to set any of the 24 bit display modes, even though the routine for perform checklist for display modes says that they are there and available. 16 bit modes work fine.
I am using a compaq presario 5000, 930 MHz system with a hp pavilion mx70 monitor. The graphics card is a built in intel 82810E graphics controller with 3d hardware acceleration. I am using windows me and direct x 9. The dx9 diagnostics reports that everything is working correctly. All the accelerator functions are enabled and working.
The dark basic version that I am Using is 1.13.
Any help that I can get on this problem would be greatly appreciated.
