problem sending webi documents to other users

i've been facing a strange problem lately which did not exsist earlier. In Infoview when i send a personal webi document to other users i receive the message "Document sent successfully" but the document never reaches their Inbox. This has started recently. Earlier it worked fine. I checked in Supervisor that I have adequate privileges to send documents to users in the same group as me, as well as to users in other groups. i'm using Webi 2.1.6. Any ideas?

I would suggest that your Supervisor do a scan/repair/compact on the repository. It sounds likes some pointers are getting messed up.

Also, it is possible that you are sending through a document domain that those users are not allowed to use.
