problem sending report to word

I am using Access 97 and I have Word 2000.
Now the problem, my report has a subreport at the bottom. The field above the subreport is a memo field with can grow option selected. When this field ends up at the bottom of a page, a portion of it prints, then on the next page the subreport prints, then the remainder of the memo field.
In Access the report is fine, but when I use publish it to Word, I have this problem. I would appreciate any help.

two thoughts nethr one tested

If it is aceptable for the subreport to be on a second page all the time add a page break between the two. Not the best but might work.

Idea two

Would it help to place the memo fild in its own sub report? It just might resolve the issue.

Thanks for the ideas. I have a couple of memo fields so the sub report idea would not work. Since this sub report was the last thing on my report, I just moved it to the report footer area. This seems to be working ok.
